Charlotte’s passion for health and fitness started when she completed her first half marathon in 2015 and since, she has never looked back. A full time school teacher, she always finds time to integrate her fitness into her schedule; she found a love for lifting weights and she lifts heavy!

The best feeling, she reports, is motivating other women to brave the weights area of the gym, lift heavy and feel strong. Her success as a health and fitness blogger has allowed her to develop meaningful links with like minded people and inspire many along the way.
