As someone who always found exercise to be a chore, resulting in a very sedentary young adulthood, Alice only found fitness after pushing herself to sign up for a marathon and discovered weightlifting as a way to train for it. Over the last couple of years she has become passionate about all things health and fitness related and educated herself on appropriate nutrition to fuel her body correctly for training.

Since then her relationship with food has changed for the better, which is what prompted her to start her Instagram 18 months ago. However, trying to find a happy medium between eating well, exercising regularly and still being able to enjoy treats requires some level of thought which is why we’ll be discussing mindful behaviours to adopt in order to achieve this.
