Health & Fitness Project was born from a number of smaller, local projects that brought like-minded people together to share their interest in fitness and healthy living. The focus of these smaller events were to create opportunities to learn and to build a sense of community and connection.
From these events, we learned of the positive interaction they created between individuals and the even stronger interest people expressed in learning more about fitness and healthy lifestyle practice.
Health & Fitness Project then became an objective to expand the fitness community by creating a larger arena for people to connect, educate, and share experience. We reinforce this objective by creating an event format that facilitates interaction and provides both theoretical and practical based learning opportunities.
Our hope is to inspire many through our event and through our own passion for fitness contribute to building a wider and stronger fitness community.
