Our speakers were selected because they are inspirational in the fitness industry and in positively influencing the health of many. Their passion for health and fitness resonates through their work and we are fortunate to have them share their knowledge and experiences.

Located in the heart of Edinburgh, the Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa is the only five star meeting and conferencing venue in Edinburgh. Bright, modern and centrally located, the Sheraton delivers a standard that perfectly aligns with ours.

Schedule.
This event will help expand your health and fitness knowledge and allow you to connect with other fitness minded people. To reinforce this objective, we use a colour system where we create smaller groups and change these groups for each talk. Everyone listens to each presenter and everyone has the opportunity to connect in smaller numbers.
